• Responsible for the leadership and management of field-based Connected Health service team. • Assists the sales force with positioning digital health products and service solutions to meet customer requirements. • Responsible for determining customer needs, developing account specific strategies, creating customer commitment to change, and building the value of ADC's digital solutions. • Leads the Connected Health Integration Executives and is a resource to the commercial sales teams to drive product adoption. • Take leadership role to formulate service sales strategy; proactively identify problems/obstacles and bring them to management's attention with options for mitigation. • Effectively communicate with sales and support teams through regular meetings to develop best practices and motivate them to sell services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Preferably in Computer Science or related IT field of study.
- Minimum 5 years of an equivalent combination of education and work experience IT Related background in Project Management and supporting digital healthcare solutions.
- Expert knowledge of IT applications, infrastructure and impact on business in a hospital/healthcare setting.
- High energy level, positive and confident.
- Experience installing or supporting mission critical software or infrastructure.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Expert at identifying alternative ways to view or define problems and using diverse sources for ideas and inspirations.
- PMP Project Management certification preferred.
- EPIC experience and/or certification preferred.
