• Research upcoming federal contracting opportunities using government procurement websites, market intelligence platforms, and industry resources • Monitor procurement forecasts, contract awards, recompete opportunities, and industry announcements across federal healthcare agencies • Research competitors, incumbent contractors, teaming partners, and market trends to support competitive intelligence and capture planning • Maintain accurate opportunity, account, and pipeline information within Salesforce CRM • Develop executive reports, dashboards, pipeline analytics, and business development metrics to support leadership decision-making • Assist Capture Managers with customer research, procurement history, briefing materials, gate reviews, Black Hat sessions, and capture planning activities • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Government, or a related field
- 0–2 years of professional experience in business development, market research, consulting, sales operations, government contracting, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, organize, and interpret market and business intelligence data
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills, curiosity, initiative, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Power BI, GovWin, SAM.gov, USAspending.gov, or other federal market intelligence tools is preferred
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies to improve research and operational efficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with Federal Government procurement, proposal development, Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Defense Health Agency (DHA), or Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is preferred
