• Build meaningful relationships with Group Retirement Savings plan members through proactive outreach • Guide clients through retirement planning conversations, helping them understand their options and feel confident in their decisions • Provide personalized financial advice aligned to each client’s goals, life stage, and needs • Simplifying complex financial choices • Continuously learn, keeping up to date on products, tools, and industry trends
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of related sales experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
- Valid and active Life Insurance License (LLQP)
- Experience in sales or financial services is an asset, but not required.
- A natural ability to listen, understand, and guide others
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
