Responsibilities include: - Responding to member and provider inquiries and requests concerning benefits, claims, and complaints within a call center environment. - Ensuring high-quality customer service to members and providers. - Receiving calls from members and providers. - Responding to customer complaints and grievances. - Recording all calls and details. - Receiving requests for adjustments on claim issues. - Receiving requests for disenrollment. Qualifications - High School Diploma - Minimum 6 months call center experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Word - Excellent skills in telephone communication and a professional demeanor - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work consistently in a fast-paced environment - Must live in the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and/or some parts of Pennsylvania) Requirements - Minimum salary: USD $41,000.00/Yr. - Maximum salary: USD $45,000.00/Yr.
