• Maintain accurate records and data related to intake calls and retention metrics • Collect detailed information regarding client matters and legal needs • Conduct initial intake calls with prospective new clients with compassion and empathy • Support the Client Intake Manager with reporting and departmental needs • Track ongoing contact with non-retaining prospective clients using spreadsheets • Communicate best practices for working with the firm and legal team • Follow firm guidelines to ensure consistent and effective communication with prospective clients
Job Requirements
- Timezone: PST
- Software/Tools: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Windows Operating System, Adobe Acrobat, Clio or Datto
- 2-3 years of experience in client-facing or intake roles preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with legal or professional services environments a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High emotional intelligence and empathy
- Confidence and diplomacy in challenging conversations
- Ability to transition prospective clients into retained clients
- Self-motivated and self-directed in a goal-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows OS
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with law practice management software (preferred)
