Job Description

Marketing Coordinator

59 Pines

Role Description We're hiring a Marketing Coordinator to help drive awareness, engagement, and community growth as we prepare for public launch. This is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of marketing experience who wants startup exposure without the "figure it out from zero" pressure — our systems are built, we need someone to help run and improve them. What You'll Do in Your First 7 Days - You've reviewed our current marketing channels, content calendar, and campaign workflows. - You've gotten access to our tools and started familiarizing yourself with the stack. - You've attended your first team standup and have a feel for how we communicate and prioritize. - You've drafted or scheduled your first round of social content. - The team knows who you are, why you're here, and how you'll work together. What You'll Do Ongoing - Manage social media scheduling and posting — keep our channels active and consistent across platforms. - Coordinate campaign launches — help the team get campaigns from concept to live, on time. - Engage with communities — monitor and participate in relevant online communities where our audience hangs out. - Support content creation — draft social posts, email copy, and light blog content. - Track and report on performance — pull basic metrics and flag what's working and what isn't. Qualifications - 1-3 years of marketing experience (agency, in-house, freelance, or internship — all count). - Comfortable with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar). - Can write clear, engaging copy for social and email without heavy editing. - Organized and self-directed — you don't need daily check-ins to stay on track. - Strong async communicator — you document your work and flag issues proactively. Requirements - Experience in startup or small-team environments (nice-to-have). - Basic analytics skills (Google Analytics, social platform insights) (nice-to-have). - Design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar) (nice-to-have). - Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments (nice-to-have). What You're NOT - Not a senior strategist role — you'll have input, but this is an execution-first seat. - Not a solo marketing department — you'll work alongside a GTM team, not replace one. - Not a pure design role — light creative work, but we're not hiring for graphic design. Compensation Up to $80,000 max total annual compensation in Tier 1 cities; cash and equity components to be negotiated. Given the flexible commitment model, comp will be structured accordingly — fractional or hourly arrangements welcome.

Role Description We're looking for a B2B Integrated Campaign Manager who wakes up thinking about pipeline. In this role, you'll own the strategy and hands-on execution of full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that drive real revenue; building in HubSpot, pulling the levers, and iterating relentlessly until the numbers move. This is a fast-scaling SaaS environment where every campaign decision is made through one lens: what gets more qualified opportunities into the funnel, faster. What You’ll Do: - Campaign Strategy & Execution: - Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns to drive demand, pipeline, and revenue - Translate business goals into coordinated campaigns across email, paid media, web, events, and sales outreach - Own campaign execution end-to-end, including building and launching campaigns in HubSpot - Marketing Automation & Campaign Operations: - Build, test, and deploy campaign assets in HubSpot (emails, landing pages, workflows, forms) - Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to ensure proper segmentation, targeting, and timing - Manage campaign workflows and triggers to support lead generation and nurture efforts - Ensure campaigns are properly tracked, tagged, and attributed - Cross-Functional Alignment: - Collaborate with product marketing, content, design, and sales to align messaging and campaign goals - Work closely with RevOps to ensure Salesforce and HubSpot alignment for campaign tracking and lead flow - Support sales with campaign insights, follow-up strategies, and enablement materials - Performance & Optimization: - Define KPIs (MQLs, pipeline, conversion rates, campaign ROI) - Monitor campaign performance and optimize in real time (A/B testing, messaging, timing, channels) - Build and maintain campaign reporting dashboards in HubSpot - Data & Compliance: - Ensure campaigns follow best practices for data usage, segmentation, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) - Maintain clean campaign data and proper attribution tracking Qualifications - 4–7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns - Hands-on experience executing campaigns in HubSpot (or similar MAP) - Strong understanding of pipeline generation and SaaS funnel metrics - Experience working with Salesforce CRM and marketing-sales alignment - Ability to manage both strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment Requirements - Campaigns consistently generate qualified pipeline and revenue - Seamless execution from strategy → build → launch → optimization - Strong alignment between marketing campaigns and sales outcomes - Clear, reliable campaign reporting and attribution Benefits - Competitive compensation package including stock options - Flexible work schedule - Comprehensive benefits including retirement plan match - Opportunity to make a real impact every day - Work with a dynamic and growing team - Unlimited PTO Company Description AssetWatch serves global manufacturers by powering manufacturing uptime through the delivery of an unparalleled condition monitoring experience, with a passion to care about the assets our customers care for every day.
