Job Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in partnerships, channel development, business development, alliance management, partner marketing
- Demonstrated success recruiting and managing external business partners
- Experience building programs, processes, or operational frameworks
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced growth environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience collaborating across sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms

• Provides timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance utilizing Earned Value or related processes • Supports all baseline development activities and development of charge numbers and WBS as applicable • Provides updates/changes as required, for programs with and without Earned Value requirements, in applicable tools (ERP or Cobra). • Provides analysis and reports on the performance variances to budget and assist with recovery plans as needed. • Analyzes and reports risks & Opportunities to the baseline cost, schedule, and the EAC. • Ensures timely maintenance of the Project-Activity Structure (Charge Numbers). • Provides timely completion of the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process, processing time-phased estimate to complete updates, and EAC package support for Program Financial Planning and Reporting. • Develops and Monitors the program level time-phased plan to support an overall program level view of revenue for forecast, budget, and 5-year planning processes. • Provides the financial data inputs, analysis, and applicable variance narrative for Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Quarterly Business -Reviews (QBRs) • Provides timely invoicing and collection of customer receivables • Reviews and communicates the status of program financials, including the status on funding, and disposition of funding that is subject to cancellation. • Performs other duties as assigned
