Role Description The Media Buyer is responsible for the development, negotiation, implementation, tracking, and optimization of traditional media campaigns that may include broadcast, radio, print, and OOH. The Media Buyer is also responsible for making digital media recommendations (display, video, CTV, streaming audio) and crafting omni-channel strategies. With assigned clients from A to Z, the Media Buyer will handle: - Analysis - Strategy - Planning - Execution - Budget management - Billing - Optimization - Results Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in related field required - 3-5 years of media planning and/or buying experience in a fast-paced agency/client environment - HVAC or Home Services experience a plus but not required Requirements - Microsoft Office proficient (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) - Familiarity with Strata, SQAD, and other media tools - Strong organization skills with great attention to detail - A solid work ethic with the self-motivation needed to exceed expectations - Technologically savvy, remaining on top of the latest trends - Great willingness to learn and take direction - Ability to function effectively under tight deadlines
