Role Description We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to serve as the right hand to our marketing leadership. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing. You'll help keep marketing projects moving, ensure clients remain accountable for deliverables, and support the execution of campaigns across multiple channels. This position requires someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with different teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed successfully. Key Responsibilities - Content Support - Assist in drafting, editing, and scheduling content across social media platforms. - Organize content assets and maintain publishing schedules. - Coordinate with designers and copywriters to ensure content is delivered on time. - Campaign Coordination - Support the execution of paid and organic marketing campaigns across platforms including: - Google Ads - Meta (Facebook & Instagram) - LinkedIn - TikTok - Track campaign progress and help ensure deadlines are met. - Assist with campaign setup, organization, and reporting. - Administrative & Project Support - Maintain content calendars and marketing schedules. - Coordinate with project managers to keep marketing initiatives on track. - Organize project documentation and follow up on outstanding tasks. - Help ensure marketing deliverables are completed on schedule. - Client Communication - Prepare client presentations and marketing reports. - Take meeting notes and distribute action items. - Assist with client status updates and follow-up communications. - Help keep clients accountable for completing marketing-related action items. - Webinar & Event Support - Assist in coordinating live webinars and virtual events. - Complete pre-event checklists to ensure all deliverables are ready. - Confirm clients have completed their promotional activities before events. - Coordinate with the Customer Support team to ensure links, resources, and event materials are prepared. - Serve as the operational point of contact across departments during live event evenings. Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, executive assistance, or administrative support. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. - Reliable internet connection and home office setup. Preferred Qualifications - Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or Trello. - Familiarity with Google Workspace. - Experience with social media scheduling platforms. - Basic understanding of digital marketing and online advertising. - Experience supporting webinars, launches, or virtual events. What Success Looks Like - Marketing projects stay organized and on schedule. - Clients remain engaged and accountable for their marketing activities. - Campaigns are executed efficiently with minimal oversight. - Cross-functional communication is clear and proactive. - Live webinars and marketing events run smoothly from an operational perspective.
