• Develop, optimize, and scale a repeatable pre-opening marketing framework that supports 2–4 franchise launches per month. • Create launch playbooks, timelines, checklists, reporting, budgets, and marketing resources that standardize successful openings. • Partner with Creative, Brand, Growth, CRM, PR, and Operations to deliver localized marketing assets, campaigns, and launch support. • Guide franchisees through local marketing strategies including community partnerships, PR, influencer outreach, paid media, social, CRM, grassroots marketing, and events. • Coach franchise owners through launch milestones while providing strategic guidance that promotes accountability and consistent execution. • Build scalable training resources including guides, webinars, and onboarding materials that enable franchisees to independently execute local marketing. • Establish standardized hiring resources to help franchisees recruit and onboard local marketing or community engagement support before opening. • Source and manage regional marketing vendors, PR agencies, and influencer partners that can support multiple markets simultaneously. • Measure launch performance across bookings, revenue, partnerships, media coverage, reviews, and guest acquisition, using insights to continuously improve future openings.

• Work to implement game mechanics and AI behaviors for our compelling 6-person multiplayer experiences & provide mentorship to other programmers • Consistently push the limits of the Unity game engine to maximize the quality of each VR experience. • Keep up with the latest features and optimization techniques and decide if, when, and how to incorporate them. • Find or develop tools and processes to make the development process more efficient. • Actively contribute to creative maintainable code that can be reused across experiences. • Own key areas of the experience from technical perspective • Experiment with game design and use rapid prototyping to develop features, all while ensuring that strong architectural and algorithmic decisions are made. • Work closely with art and design to create and iterate on gameplay features. • Fix bugs in existing gameplay systems as required. • Contribute ideas toward all aspects of the VR experience’s production and development processes. Write robust, maintainable code.

Sandbox VR is looking for a Senior Gameplay Programmer to help shape the future of immersive multiplayer VR experiences. In this role, you will bring gameplay to life by building player interactions, AI behaviors, and core systems in Unity, working closely with designers and artists to create engaging, high-quality experiences. You will play a key role in guiding technical direction, mentoring other developers, and delivering polished, performant gameplay that reaches players around the world. What We're Looking for: - You've been a software or feature group team lead and can share your philosophy of leadership as well as specific examples of where you've put that philosophy into action. - Exceptional C# programming skills with at least 5 years of software programming experience. - You must also have significant experience in programming with the Unity engine. - You have a proven track record, have shipped at least 2 commercial games (PC or Console preferred) and have been involved in each step of the development process from concept stage all the way through to the final release. - You can share awesome stories of your incredible successes or crushing failures and what you learned from each experience. - You play video games very frequently and have a strong understanding of current gaming trends and popular games releases. - It’s a big plus for us if you have your own VR headset and regularly play VR games. • Review purchase order and invoice discrepancies to ensure timely vendor payments and accurate accounting processes • Support warehouse operations and implementation efforts by providing recommendations that help achieve on-time delivery and inventory fill rate targets • Monitor warehouse management systems to maintain inventory accuracy, product integrity and reconciliation. • Source products and negotiate pricing with domestic and global vendors • Manage order fulfillment processes to support timelines for new store openings, refreshes, and existing franchise locations • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational performance, efficiency, and cost reduction across the supply chain • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve vendor performance issues while maintaining strong day-to-day supplier relationships • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to support operational and business initiatives • Support global franchise supply chain operations, including freight coordination, customs, and import/export logistics • Maintain inventory control processes to ensure product availability and minimize stock shortages or overages • Assist with forecasting, procurement planning, and supply chain reporting as needed

You’ll be expected to maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate integrity, honesty, and knowledge to provide a white-glove experience for our guests. - Physical Stamina: Because this is a retail position, you’ll be expected to stand and walk around for long periods of time. You’ll also occasionally be required to bend, lift (more than 25 lbs.), or climb upstairs. You’ll also need strong close-distance hand-eye coordination and dexterity capabilities in order to handle technical support tasks. - Team First Mentality: At Sandbox VR we live by the team-first mentality.
