Role Description Our job in Solution Consulting is to understand our customers’ business challenges and to accurately show how Unit4 solutions can solve these through value-driven outcomes. Qualifications - Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field. - 3+ years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Payroll, HR, HCM, Workforce Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, or similar roles. - Comfortable preparing and delivering solution demonstrations, workshops, and presentations that connect business challenges to measurable outcomes and customer value. - Enjoy variety and change, motivated by working across different customers, industries, and sales situations. - Genuine interest in business transformation, technology, and value creation, partnering closely with Account Executives. - Work well both independently and collaboratively, taking ownership within a cross-functional team. - Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to build expertise across Financial Management, Planning, Human Resources, Payroll, and Business Operations. - Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
