• Define and execute Riot’s enterprise GRC roadmap and controls architecture • Own and lead the ISO 27001 program, including certification and continuous audit readiness • Build and maintain a high-integrity asset governance model (≥99% data accuracy) • Stand up a scalable controls monitoring and testing framework (CMF) • Design risk-based policy and exception workflows with clear audit trails • Establish information governance and evidence management practices • Lead GRC tooling strategy (e.g., Archer, Enablon) and deliver executive dashboards • Partner with operations teams to embed compliance into change management, incidents, and SLAs

• Design and deliver end-to-end technical training curricula covering all site roles including data center technicians, electrical, mechanical, and operations personnel • Lead the transition of mining operations technicians to data center operational competency through structured skills gap analysis and targeted training programs • Develop and administer a comprehensive technician certification program with defined competency levels and assessment criteria • Deploy, manage, and optimize a Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver, track, and report on all training activity across the portfolio • Build and maintain a vendor and OEM training catalog, coordinating specialized technical training for critical systems including power, cooling, and networking infrastructure • Conduct training needs assessments across all sites to identify skill gaps and prioritize curriculum development • Establish training effectiveness metrics and reporting mechanisms to demonstrate ROI and inform continuous improvement of programs • Partner with Standards & Governance, Operational Readiness, and RCA & Continuous Improvement teams to ensure training reflects current SOPs and lessons learned • Build relationships with industry training bodies, certification organizations, and academic institutions to expand program offerings • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing technical training team

• Develop and maintain data center operational standards, specifications, and SOPs aligned with industry best practices. • Establish and enforce compliance and audit frameworks to ensure all facilities meet regulatory requirements and internal governance standards • Lead the cultural and operational transition from mining operations to critical infrastructure operations, integrating legacy teams into data center standards • Design and implement a comprehensive change management process that governs all operational changes across facilities • Build and maintain the DC Operations Standards Library as the single source of truth for all operational documentation • Create governance dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide leadership visibility into compliance, audit findings, and standards adherence • Partner with Technical Training, RCA & Continuous Improvement, and Operational Readiness teams to ensure standards are embedded across all functions • Drive alignment with customer requirements and SLA commitments through standardized operational processes • Conduct regular assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous evolution of standards • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing standards and governance team

• Execute site readiness assessments against defined frameworks, evaluating people, process, and technology readiness prior to any new deployment or site activation • Administer the Go-Live Gate Process, tracking readiness criteria across all active deployments and escalating gaps that require resolution before approval to proceed • Coordinate pre-commissioning and acceptance testing activities in collaboration with construction, engineering, and operations teams, ensuring all systems are validated prior to operational handoff • Maintain and execute the Site Readiness Checklist and Commissioning Runbook for each deployment, adapting to site-specific requirements while adhering to standard process • Support the Customer Readiness Framework by verifying that staffing, SLAs, documentation, access controls, and support processes are confirmed and in place prior to customer go-live • Maintain the Readiness Scorecard for all active deployments, providing accurate and timely status updates to leadership and stakeholders • Identify readiness gaps early and coordinate with Standards & Governance, Technical Training, and site teams to resolve issues before they become go-live blockers • Serve as a key operational liaison with construction and project management teams during the transition from build to operate • Document lessons learned from each deployment to continuously improve the readiness process and inform future gate criteria • Support the development of the broader Operational Readiness function as the team and portfolio scale

• Administer Legal Tracker e-billing processes, including invoice intake, coding, routing/approvals, and submission workflows. • Validate invoices for compliance with outside counsel billing guidelines; identify exceptions and coordinate timely corrections with law firms. • Maintain open communication with the VP of Litigation (and other Legal Team stakeholders as necessary). • Coordinate with Accounting to support accurate and timely invoice processing, accruals, and reconciliations. • Partner with FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis related to litigation and broader legal spend. • Maintain matter budgets and spend tracking; support periodic accrual and forecast cycles. • Generate regular and ad hoc reporting on legal spend, matter trends, and vendor performance; prepare executive-ready summaries for Legal leadership. • Support continuous improvement of billing workflows, controls, and documentation (policies, procedures, playbooks, and guidance to stakeholders). • Serve as an operational liaison with outside counsel for invoice and billing-related communications. • Coordinate across the Legal team and internal business partners to resolve billing, budget, and matter-coding questions. • Support vendor onboarding and maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., billing contacts, guidelines distribution, matter setup support). • Help maintain data integrity across systems (matters, vendors, timekeepers, rate structures, codes, and reporting fields). • Deploy and maintain centralized contract repository. • Assist with tracking key dates, renewals, expirations, milestones. • Extract and log key terms (payment renewal, termination, SLAs, etc.). • Maintain data and generate reports for Accounting, SOX, and Audit, including supporting SOX control testing. • Interface with procurement, accounting, SOX, audit and assist with legal review policy development. • Coordinate vendor onboarding with procurement.
