• Custom Scope Management: Translate complex, bespoke enterprise client agreements into clear, structured production pipelines and deliverables. • Bespoke Asset Delivery: Oversee the development and white-glove delivery of unique, co-branded marketing materials that respect both internal and client brand guidelines. • SLA Accountability: Partner with Account Management to track custom client deliverables tightly against contractual deadlines and Service Level Agreements. • Hands-on Production: Execute, build, and troubleshoot production assets directly—including email HTML/layouts, landing pages, sales decks, and quick design adjustments. • Final QA Gatekeeper: Establish and run rigorous final review processes to ensure 100% accuracy, brand alignment, and technical compliance before public launches. • External Network Coordination: Act as the primary operational contact for external vendors, freelancers, and agencies—managing scopes, timelines, and delivery expectations. • Asset & Version Control: Help manage the Digital Asset Management systems to ensure assets are logically organized, version-controlled, and easily accessible. • Production Logistics: Map and manage daily workflows for resources related to campaigns, content, events, and brand initiatives to eliminate execution bottlenecks. • Enablement Support: Manage execution logistics for sales and enterprise enablement, tracking asset status and fulfillment programs to support go-to-market teams. • Delivery & Launch Tracking: Provide operational reporting on campaign completion rates, asset delivery, and launch velocity to help leadership optimize resource allocation.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years in marketing operations, creative production, or project management (in-house or agency).
- The "Player-Coach": You build scalable systems and manage teams, but you aren't afraid to open the software and fix technical issues yourself.
- Technical Toolbelt: Deep proficiency with MAPs (HubSpot/Marketo), CRMs (Salesforce), CMS platforms (WordPress/Webflow), and design tools (Figma/Adobe)
- Process Mastery: Strong expertise in project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira) and DAM systems.
- Impeccable Quality Control: You are the person who catches the missing comma, broken automation trigger, and off-brand hex code before anyone else.
- The "Can-Do" Connector: A solutions-oriented communicator who translates complex timelines into clear updates. Instead of just saying "no," you find a creative way to say, "Yes, and here is how we can realistically make it happen.
