• Provides leadership for large-scale, complex, and enterprise-critical technology initiatives • Facilitates cross-functional collaboration with IT, business leadership & stakeholders, and vendors • Manages project resources, assignments, and capacity to ensure effective utilization and alignment with priorities • Identifies and escalates risks, issues, and changes to project leadership and governance bodies • Provides mentorship to other project managers and contributes to continuous improvement of project delivery framework
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- PMP certification required
- 7-10 years of technology project management expertise
- Expertise in enterprise project/program management and governance practices
- Advanced knowledge of project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid)
- Proficiency with project management tools (Planview, MS Project, Jira, ADO, or equivalent)
