• handle a variety of financial tasks for each client • manage and train specialists • analyze financial data in order to create monthly and annual reports • maintain financial records • participate in audits or reconciliations as needed
• Work directly with many of our clients • Handle a variety of eCommerce tasks for each client such as calculating sales, returns, discounts, and reconciling sales figures between sales channels and payment processors • Assist in calculating cost of goods sold and inventory balances each month • Process vendor invoices and bills, reviewing invoices and bills, and preparing them for payment • Regular finance tasks including transaction coding; bank and credit card reconciliations; AP and AR documentation; customer invoicing; payroll processes; maintaining fixed asset schedules; month-end and year-end close duties; and 1099 filings • Communicate with clients through e-mail or video conferencing to help explain problems and issues when they arise, as well as communicate across teams to collect correct information and problem solve
