• Du unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung sowohl im Tagesgeschäft also auch bei der Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von Projekten und Produktentwicklungen im Bereich Nahrungsergänzung (administrativ und strategisch) • Du bist mit Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und Partner und hast Freude an einem exzellenten Kundenservice auf hohem Niveau. • Du magst es auch, analytisch zu arbeiten, bereitest Kennzahlen zur Entscheidungsfindung auf und hast ein Gespür für Trends und Tendenzen • Du unterstützt mit in den Bereichen Regulatory Affairs und Qualitätssicherung (Lebensmittelrecht, Verordnungen, Layout-Prüfungen, Spezifikationen, Laboranalysen, Auswertungen) • Du wirkst mit bei der Umsetzung von Kommunikationsstrategien und verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen • Du übernimmst die Pflege des Produktsortiments im Webshop und entwickelst den Webshop mit weiter • Nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung übernimmst du neben dem Tagesgeschäft deine eigenen Projekte (je nach Interesse und Eignung z. B. Auf- und Ausbau von Social-Media, Content-Creation, Zertifizierungen, Produkteinführungen)

Job Requirements

  • Herzblut für den Bereich Nahrungsergänzung, Mikronährstoffe und ganzheitliche Gesundheit
  • Studium/Ausbildung im Bereich Ernährungswissenschaften, Heilpraktiker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung von Vorteil
  • Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Branchenerfahrung essentiell.
  • Routinierter Umgang mit PC, Google Workspace, Erfahrung mit KI von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Freude an einem vielseitigen Aufgabenspektrum mit echtem Impact und an fachlicher und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Strukturierte, verlässliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit sehr guten kommunikativen und analytischen Fähigkeiten
