Principal Product Manager

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered shopping experiences and digital marketing solutions • Lead AI initiatives that automate complex marketing workflows, reducing manual effort and improving operational efficiency • Partner with Marketing, Engineering, and customers to understand business processes, identify pain points, and translate them into AI-powered product opportunities • Drive the design and development of AI-powered products, intelligent workflows, and AI agents that automate complex business processes and improve operational efficiency • Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable AI product solutions • Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and technical feasibility • Stay informed about AI and retail technology trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and workflow automation • Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to identify pain points, opportunities, and enhancements for the platform • Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure success and guide future improvements • Other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of product management or engineering experience, delivering highly technical products
- Experience with subscription products, pricing, and/or demonstrated success in improving user retention
- Demonstrated experience building products powered by LLMs, AI agents, or intelligent workflow automation. Ability to identify operational processes and apply AI technologies to automate decision-making, improve efficiency, and reduce manual work
- Demonstrated data-driven approach to problem solving by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data, using customer feedback and business insights to drive product decisions
- Experience managing a portfolio of products. Experience working across multiple engineering teams simultaneously
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Healthy balance of both analytical and creative thinking with a desire to discover and fulfill the needs of clients as well as end users
- Experience with SaaS platforms, developer ecosystems, or enterprise-scale solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
