ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Develop business opportunities through research and cold calling to sell a comprehensive range of electronic components, including advanced processors, memory and storage ICs, discrete semiconductors, and high-quality passives across global industries related to automotive, consumer electronics, medical and so much more. Utilize lead generation tools (such as CRM, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc) to generate individual leads without territory restrictions Prepare POs to work with the purchasing team for component sourcing at competitive pricing according to RFQs Revitalize dormant accounts by promoting excess inventory at special pricing Maintain relationships with customers to further business opportunities through the entire account Remain in contact with the operations team to update customers regarding inspection processes and part statuses No territory restrictions COMPETENCIES Experience within the semiconductor industry or related fields is highly preferred Ability to connect and build relationships through fully inside sales (via phone, email, etc) Committed to customer satisfaction, confidentiality and ability manage proprietary data Self-motivated with attention to detail to manage a self-made portfolio of customers EDUCATION Bachelors in international trade, business administration, marketing or a related field Location: 125 High Street Boston MA 02110 Fully in office Salary starting at $65k DOE #LI-LD1 Smith is an equal opportunity employer We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.

Role Description GoTab is seeking a relationship-driven Account Manager to own customer success post–30 days, focusing on retention, growth, and long-term value realization. In this role, you will manage an ongoing book of business, serving as the strategic partner to GoTab customers after onboarding is complete. You will be responsible for regular check-ins, account reviews, upsell opportunities, and ensuring customers continue to see value from GoTab’s platform.
