• Set up, configure, and deploy SailPoint ISC components based on business and technical requirements. • Onboard applications into SailPoint ISC using supported connectors and integration methods. • Configure and manage Identity Profiles, including identity attributes, account mappings, correlation rules, and provisioning settings. • Design, configure, and maintain Access Profiles for application entitlements and access assignment. • Create and manage Roles based on business functions, access patterns, and governance requirements. • Configure Lifecycle Events, LCEs, to automate joiner, mover, leaver, and other identity lifecycle processes. • Support provisioning workflows for account creation, modification, access assignment, and deprovisioning. • Configure and generate reports to support audit, compliance, operational monitoring, and governance needs. • Design and execute certification campaigns for user access reviews, manager reviews, application owner reviews, and role-based certifications. • Work with application owners and business stakeholders to gather access requirements and validate onboarding scope. • Troubleshoot application onboarding, aggregation, correlation, provisioning, and certification issues. • Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployment validation. • Maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations, workflows, and operational procedures. • Ensure SailPoint ISC configurations align with security, compliance, and identity governance best practices.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, ISC.
- Experience configuring Identity Profiles, Roles, Access Profiles, Lifecycle Events, Reports, and Certifications.
- Strong understanding of identity governance and administration concepts.
- Experience onboarding applications and integrating source systems with SailPoint ISC.
- Knowledge of access request, approval, provisioning, deprovisioning, and certification processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot aggregation, correlation, provisioning, and access review issues.
- Understanding of joiner, mover, and leaver lifecycle processes.
- Experience working with business users, application owners, and security teams.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with SailPoint connectors, REST APIs, JDBC, LDAP, Active Directory, and cloud application integrations (preferred).
- Knowledge of identity security controls, compliance requirements, and audit support (preferred).
- Experience with role mining, access modeling, and access profile design (preferred).
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodology and ITSM tools (preferred).
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ is a plus (preferred).
