Role Description The Application Programmer will join the Rapid Response Team (RRT), a specialized group responsible for implementing technical changes and supporting existing document processing applications. The RRT primarily focuses on move/add/change requests and complex technical adjustments to applications originally delivered by the implementation team. - Maintain and enhance established solutions, ensuring they continue to function correctly as business requirements evolve. - Work directly with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to gather information, clarify requirements, and implement solutions. - Operate within a sprint-based structure without traditional project management support. - Manage work independently as tickets move through different stages such as development, testing, awaiting clarification, and user acceptance testing (UAT). This role requires a strong technical foundation, a broad understanding of document composition systems and data workflows, and a natural curiosity to fully investigate issues and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.
