Role Description Doxim’s next Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for driving the seamless flow of goods and services from supplier to customer. This role involves: - Managing inventory across assigned locations, including demand planning, usage analysis, replenishment strategies, and lead time optimization. - Developing forecasts and recommending inventory targets; proactively managing inventory to balance service levels, cost, and risk of shortages or excess. - Monitoring inventory positions and taking proactive actions to mitigate supply disruptions and constraints. - Producing and maintaining reports, dashboards, KPIs, and cost models to support inventory and sourcing decisions and ensure data accuracy. - Executing inventory control activities such as cycle counts, reconciliations, and off-site inventory management; investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective actions. - Providing backup support to sites. - Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, inventory controls, contractual obligations, and regulatory/audit requirements. - Supporting sourcing activities, including supplier identification, quote evaluation, and participation in RFx processes (RFQ, RFI, RFP). - Creating, managing, reconciling, and maintaining purchase orders in alignment with company policies and procedures. - Coordinating with suppliers to confirm orders, track shipments, and resolve delivery, quality, and invoicing issues. - Monitoring and evaluating supplier performance, supporting continuous improvement, cost optimization, and relationship management efforts. - Conducting spends analyses and cost evaluations to identify savings opportunities and improve value delivery. - Supporting vendor lifecycle activities, including onboarding, qualification, compliance validation, and master data maintenance. - Managing vendor documentation, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and completeness. - Maintaining accurate, up-to-date supplier records, contracts, certifications, and system data. - Collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align supply chain, operational, and business objectives. - Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve inventory management, sourcing strategies, and reporting processes. - Participating in audits, supplier reviews, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives. - Providing operational, administrative, and project support to enable organizational growth and transformation. - Performing additional duties as assigned. Role Description The Application Programmer will join the Rapid Response Team (RRT), a specialized group responsible for implementing technical changes and supporting existing document processing applications. The RRT primarily focuses on move/add/change requests and complex technical adjustments to applications originally delivered by the implementation team. - Maintain and enhance established solutions, ensuring they continue to function correctly as business requirements evolve. - Work directly with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to gather information, clarify requirements, and implement solutions. - Operate within a sprint-based structure without traditional project management support. - Manage work independently as tickets move through different stages such as development, testing, awaiting clarification, and user acceptance testing (UAT). This role requires a strong technical foundation, a broad understanding of document composition systems and data workflows, and a natural curiosity to fully investigate issues and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs. Qualifications - Experience with document composition or Customer Communications Management (CCM) platforms such as Sefas, OpenText Exstream Dialogue, or similar tools. - Proficiency in Python or comparable scripting languages. - Experience working in Linux/Unix environments. - Strong understanding of data processing concepts and experience working with multiple data formats (e.g., XML, CSV, fixed-width, EBCDIC, pre-composed input/PDF/Postscript/AFP). - Familiarity with Jira or similar ticket/work management systems. This includes RFPs for new business opportunities as well as customer renewals.
