Junior English & Arabic Content Manager

Role Description - Achieve the goals and OKRs established by management; - Create, revise, and edit written content in Arabic and English across multiple formats: body copy, teasers, titles, and more; - Translate and adapt content from English to Arabic, including events, attractions, venues, FAQs, artist names, and UX texts; - Review and QA existing translations for accuracy, tone consistency, and grammatical correctness; - Upload and manage content via internal back-office and CMS systems following defined workflows; - Optimize content following SEO best practices to improve discoverability and search performance; - Handle translation requests from marketing, product, and sales teams, including decks, presentations, and promo texts; - Write compelling headlines, CTAs, category labels, and UX microcopy with creativity and flair; - Adhere to brand tone and style guidelines; suggest improvements and flag translation errors proactively; - Review and edit English content, ensure originality through plagiarism checks, and rewrite it to align with our brand tone of voice. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience writing and editing English and Arabic content; - Committed to producing 100% human-written content and translations; - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines; - Creativity and flair when writing headlines, descriptions, and CTAs; - Strong editing, proofreading, and copywriting skills in both languages with the ability to adapt content to different audiences while maintaining the brand's tone of voice; - Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus; - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities; - Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality content.
