Role Description We are looking for a skilled AI Support Notification Specialist to support a 3-month project with the possibility of extension. The role focuses on managing customer communications through mass email and SMS campaigns, supporting AI automation processes, and preparing reports and content. This is a flexible position requiring 6 hours of work daily, with availability on weekends if needed (on-call basis). - Create, schedule, and send mass/bulk email and SMS campaigns to customers. - Support AI-driven automation workflows for communication and marketing. - Prepare accurate reports and performance dashboards on campaign results. - Write and edit articles, updates, and communication materials. - Ensure message compliance, accuracy, and delivery success. - Provide minimal direct customer communication if required. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging and automation processes. Qualifications - Experience with email marketing tools, SMS platforms, and automation systems. - Knowledge of AI automation tools is a strong advantage. - Strong reporting, analytical, and organizational skills. - Excellent written communication in English and Arabic. - Prior experience in digital marketing, customer communication, or automation preferred. Requirements - Duration: 3 months (with possibility of extension). - Working Hours: Flexible, 6 hours daily. - Availability: On-call during weekends when required.
