• Lead configuration and support activities within SAP FI-AA • Conduct FIT/GAP analysis and participate in solution design workshops • Coordinate and support company code rollouts and hypercare activities • Provide 3rd-level support for complex incidents and production issues • Analyze, design, and implement change requests and new business requirements • Validate migration mappings and monitor migration results during deployment phases • Support cutover planning and execution activities • Create and maintain project documentation in Confluence • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of the finance transformation program

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI with strong expertise in Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
  • Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA finance transformation projects
  • Strong understanding of data migration approaches, cutover activities, and migration validation
  • Experience working with SAP Fiori applications within FI-AA scope
  • Previous involvement in international rollouts and hypercare support phases
  • Ability to independently lead end-to-end workstreams, from analysis and design to implementation and support
  • Experience in FIT/GAP analysis and translating business requirements into system solutions
  • Very good English communication skills (B2/C1)
  • Nice to have: Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
  • Experience in large-scale SAP transformation programs
  • Knowledge of SAP integration and migration frameworks
  • Experience supporting multi-country finance processes

MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Manage Cashet reconciliations, perform Cashet envelope audits, and import transactions into accounting systems to support accurate cost reporting. - Administer Cashet funding requests, maintain Cashet card records, and monitor cash activity to ensure proper financial controls. - Maintain and update weekly payroll tracking grids, ensuring payroll information is accurate and complete for production accounting review. - Enter and verify production budgets within designated accounting and reporting systems. - Assist with accounts payable data entry, invoice processing, and provide general accounting support across productions as needed. BASIC REQUIREMENTS: - Production accounting experience is required.
