SAP CO Consultant – IM, RE-FX, Controlling – Retail

Spyrosoft

• Conduct workshops and lead rollout activities for Investment Management (IM) and Project System (PS) structures • Define and implement IFRS-compliant settlement rules and capitalization processes • Configure and support RE-FX processes, including profit center assignments and cost settlements • Support international rollouts and finance process harmonization initiatives • Analyze, test, and optimize SAP Fiori applications and reporting solutions • Validate document flows and support reporting and analytics requirements • Investigate and resolve system issues, including integration, accrual, and reporting-related errors • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive process improvements • Provide functional support and guidance throughout project implementation and rollout phases

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP CO (Senior level)
  • Strong expertise in Investment Management (IM), Project System (PS), and Real Estate Management (RE-FX)
  • Solid understanding of IFRS standards, capitalization processes, and settlement rules
  • Experience with SAP Fiori reporting and analytics solutions
  • Hands-on experience in international SAP rollouts and finance process harmonization
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • English proficiency at B2/C1 level
  • Experience in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
  • Nice to have: Experience in retail or multi-entity environments
  • Experience with profit center accounting and cost settlement processes
  • Familiarity with integrations and issue resolution in SAP landscapes (e.g. PSP-Ariba)
