SAP SF Onboarding & Offboarding - Senior Consultant

Role Description Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert, manages complex client engagements, and mentors junior team members. May informally lead small project teams. Key Responsibilities: - Solution Design & Configuration: Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization. - Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns. - Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness. - Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. - 4–7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations. - Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc). - Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills. - Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required). • Define and evolve the architecture of SAP solutions in corporate environments. • Work on migration and transformation projects to SAP S/4HANA. • Support technical definitions related to SAP BTP and SAP integrations. • Ensure architecture, security, performance and governance best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution design. • Support innovation initiatives and the technological evolution of the SAP landscape.
• Work on the implementation, support and evolution of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on Employee Central (EC) and/or Employee Central Payroll (ECP) • Configure and parameterize solutions according to client requirements • Elicit, analyze and validate requirements with business stakeholders • Perform analysis and resolution of incidents and enhancement requests • Support functional testing, user acceptance and deployment of new features • Work on integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems • Prepare functional documentation and support user training • Ensure the application of SAP SuccessFactors solution best practices
