SAP SF Onboarding & Offboarding - Lead Consultant

Role Description Owns end-to-end module delivery, leads client workshops, drives solution architecture decisions, develops junior talent, and ensures project quality and timely delivery. Carries mandatory team leadership accountability. Key Tasks - Project Leadership: Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support. - Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities. - Solution Architecture: Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations. - Provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization. - Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders. - Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations effectively. - Team Leadership & Mentoring: Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams. - Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys. - Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. - 7–10 years of HRIS experience; led at least 5 end-to-end implementations. - Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills. - Ability to manage competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams. - Demonstrated people management and team development capability.
