Reclut

• Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia integral de Marketing Online, alineada con los objetivos de crecimiento del negocio. • Incrementar la notoriedad de marca de Reclut en el mercado español y generar demanda cualificada para el marketplace. • Planificar, gestionar y optimizar campañas de Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads y otros canales digitales, garantizando el máximo retorno de la inversión. • Definir e implementar la estrategia SEO y SEM para captar tráfico cualificado y mejorar el posicionamiento de la marca. • Liderar la estrategia de contenidos y redes sociales, con especial foco en LinkedIn como principal canal B2B. • Integrar IA generativa y agentes inteligentes en los procesos de marketing para automatizar tareas, optimizar campañas, generar contenido y mejorar la toma de decisiones. • Analizar métricas de negocio (CAC, LTV, conversión, atribución, ROI, etc.), elaborar informes y proponer acciones de mejora continua. • Diseñar procesos, herramientas y KPIs para construir el departamento de Marketing Online desde cero y liderar su crecimiento futuro. • Trabajar de forma coordinada con Dirección y el equipo Comercial para alinear las acciones de marketing con los objetivos de negocio. • Impulsar una cultura basada en la experimentación, el análisis de datos y la mejora continua mediante pruebas A/B y optimización constante.

Job Requirements

  • Experiencia previa liderando estrategias de Marketing Online en empresas tecnológicas, SaaS, marketplaces o plataformas B2B.
  • Experiencia demostrable diseñando y ejecutando planes de marketing de principio a fin en entornos de crecimiento (startup o scale-up).
  • Dominio avanzado de Google Ads y experiencia gestionando presupuestos con responsabilidad sobre resultados.
  • Experiencia en LinkedIn Ads y conocimiento profundo de LinkedIn como canal de adquisición B2B.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de SEO, SEM, analítica digital y optimización de conversiones.
  • Experiencia aplicando IA generativa y agentes inteligentes a procesos de marketing de forma estratégica y operativa.
  • Nivel alto de inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
  • Perfil analítico, orientado a métricas de negocio y toma de decisiones basada en datos.
  • Persona autónoma, proactiva y con capacidad para combinar visión estratégica y ejecución ("hands-on").
  • Se valorará experiencia en HubSpot, automatización de marketing, HR Tech, recruitment o marketplaces de doble cara.
