• Own and execute the company's email marketing strategy using Klaviyo, including campaigns, automations, and customer lifecycle flows. • Build and optimize email sequences such as welcome flows, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase journeys, win-back campaigns, and promotional campaigns. • Monitor email marketing performance and continuously improve KPIs such as revenue per recipient, conversion rates, click-through rates, and customer retention. • Support customer acquisition initiatives across paid e-commerce channels. • Assist with TikTok Shop strategy, product launches, and marketplace growth opportunities. • Coordinate influencer outreach and partnership campaigns. • Manage and optimize social media marketing initiatives across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. • Collaborate on website improvements, merchandising strategy, and conversion rate optimization efforts. • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations based on data and customer insights. • Research and test emerging growth channels and digital marketing opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
- Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
- Proven success managing email campaigns and automated customer lifecycle flows that drive measurable revenue.
- Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and e-commerce marketing metrics.
- Experience with paid social advertising or other paid acquisition channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
