Role Description The Senior Specialist, Quality Assurance is accountable for the quality, consistency, and accessibility of all learning products released by Sales Performance Solutions. This includes ensuring that eLearning modules, LMS configurations, multi-format content sets, and print-ready files meet functional, brand, accessibility, and user experience standards before publication. You will own the execution of structured quality assurance workflows across digital and physical learning assets, producing documented test records, defect logs, compliance reports, and release recommendations that enable informed go-live decisions. You will design and implement AI-augmented QA workflows that expand coverage and reduce manual effort, maintain the QA standards library, coordinate user acceptance testing, and provide accurate visibility into QA workstream status, capacity, and delivery timelines.
