• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Optimizely-based projects, from requirements gathering through deployment and support. • Design scalable, maintainable, and secure architectures using Optimizely CMS (PaaS/SaaS), Commerce, and the Optimizely One platform. • Define technical standards, best practices, coding guidelines, and governance frameworks for development teams. • Translate business requirements into technical designs, integration strategies, and detailed architecture documentation. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, conducting code reviews and ensuring quality. • Architect integrations between Optimizely and third-party systems (CRM, ERP, PIM, marketing automation, search, payment gateways). • Oversee performance optimization, caching strategies, scalability, and security across solutions. • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. • Support pre-sales activities, including solution estimation, proposals, and technical demonstrations. • Stay current with the Optimizely roadmap, feature releases, experimentation, and personalization capabilities. • Design and integrate Optimizely Opal (AI agents and assistants) into solutions to automate content workflows, power experimentation, and deliver intelligent customer experiences.

• Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining backend services, frontend applications, and supporting data pipelines. • Building and integrating REST APIs and working with relational databases. • Contributing to user interfaces developed with Vue.js and Angular. • Working within a polyglot codebase and becoming productive in unfamiliar technologies quickly. • Supporting backend development in Rust and contributing to AWS Glue data pipelines where required. • Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. • Participating in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions. • Supporting CI/CD processes and maintaining effective Git-based development workflows. • Collaborating with cross-functional team members to understand requirements and deliver reliable solutions. • Taking ownership of assigned work and communicating progress, risks, and technical considerations clearly.

• Design and build Microsoft Dynamics 365 Warehouse Management (WMS) solutions supporting high-volume warehouse operations across inbound logistics, inventory management and outbound fulfilment. • Develop custom X++ solutions, integrations, Data Entities, APIs, workflows and business events, connecting Dynamics 365 with warehouse technologies and surrounding enterprise systems. • Enhance warehouse execution processes, including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping and inventory movements to improve operational efficiency and scalability. • Drive engineering excellence by performing code reviews, mentoring colleagues, optimising application performance and contributing to CI/CD and release management. • Collaborate closely with Warehouse Functional Consultants, Solution Architects, Product Teams, QA Engineers and warehouse stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle, from solution design through production deployment.
