Role Description Ton rôle est central : tu accompagnes des développeurs freelance (débutants ou confirmés) à passer du statut d’exécutant technique à celui de partenaire stratégique indispensable pour leurs clients. Le marché du freelancing dans la Tech est en pleine recomposition. L’IA comprime les TJM des profils généralistes, raccourcit les missions et intensifie la concurrence. Résultat : 73 % des développeurs freelance facturent encore au temps passé, sans méthode pour en sortir. Beaucoup savent coder. Peu savent piloter une entreprise. C’est là que tu interviens. Grâce à notre messagerie interne, tu suis chaque apprenant.e de manière asynchrone, en leur apportant des retours personnalisés sur leur positionnement, leur stratégie d’acquisition ou leur structuration commerciale. Toutes les deux semaines, tu organises une visio individuelle pour faire le point, débloquer les freins et les aider à avancer concrètement. Ta mission : permettre aux profils ultra-techniques de développer les compétences de structuration, de vente et d’intelligence stratégique permettant de s’adapter au marché d’aujourd’hui. - Aider l’apprenant.e à clarifier son positionnement et à construire une offre rentable (sortir du généralisme, facturation à la valeur) - Traduire son expertise technique en bénéfices compréhensibles pour un décideur non-tech - Accompagner la mise en place d’une stratégie d’acquisition rationnelle : SEO Malt/LinkedIn, scraping ciblé, automatisation d’outreach - Guider l’optimisation du profil sur les plateformes freelance (Malt, Comet, LinkedIn) - Conseiller sur la prospection client de A à Z, sans tomber dans le personal branding à outrance - Aider à construire des revenus récurrents et à diversifier les sources de CA (maintenance, Micro-SaaS, formation…) - Accompagner la dimension humaine du freelancing : gestion de la solitude, de l’incertitude financière et de la charge mentale - Transmettre une vision ROI client claire : transformer une demande technique en solution business viable Chez LiveMentor, tu rejoins une communauté de mentor.e.s passionné.e.s, qui partagent leurs expériences et progressent ensemble. Qualifications - Certification: Active Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) designation required. - Technical Domain Depth: Practical familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS console operations), containerization ecosystems, database synchronization architectures, and centralized configuration directories. - Crisis Competency: Proven experience leading technical response or recovery workflows during high-severity live outages alongside incident management teams. - Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communications skills; ability to distill highly dense technical single points of failure (SPOFs) into clear, actionable financial and engineering risk metrics for senior security leadership. This leader is responsible for managing a high-performing team of Kubernetes platform engineers who operate and scale a large enterprise Rancher environment spanning AWS (EKS), Azure (AKS), GCP (GKE), and on-prem clusters. The role focuses on transforming Kubernetes operations from fragmented platform support into a standardized, secure, automated, and customer-centered service model. This includes: - Defining service capabilities - Establishing service levels - Creating intake pathways - Identifying consumption patterns - Measuring outcomes that enable application teams to deploy and operate workloads at scale through self-service - Maintaining operational excellence, governance, and reliability Location This is a work from home position with the US.
