Role Description Terrific Managing Director of Area Development role with a social services nonprofit in Florida. The Managing Director will join the organization during an exciting period of growth, which includes a six year, $100+MM fundraising campaign to support significant expansion of programmatic services throughout the state. - Lead and manage fundraising revenue generation in the Miami area - Provide moves management to a portfolio of approximately 50-60 low to mid-tier donors - Establish fundraising goals and ensure team members are equipped to meet their goals - Work with finance to create budgets, forecasting, and manage donations - Collaborate with team members across the organization to implement and execute fundraising strategies - Partner with the Executive Director in Miami to facilitate board recruitment and other relationship management tasks - Supervise and mentor a team of four fundraising professionals Qualifications - Approximately 5+ years of relevant fundraising experience; leadership experience required - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered - Experience across fundraising including special events - Understanding of the fundraising landscape in Miami and can utilize community resources and networks - Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and possess a strong attention to detail - Team player that works well in a collaborative organization - Mission-driven and ability to convey the organization's mission to donors Company Description Equal opportunity employer.

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to design, build, and operate enterprise integration scenarios that connect Oracle Cloud Applications, on-premises Oracle systems, and third-party platforms. In this role you will own the full integration lifecycle, from analysis and design through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with OIC integrations, processes, and visual builder applications, and will combine that with a clear understanding of integration patterns, API management, and Oracle Cloud Applications data models. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop integration flows in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) connecting Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, CX) with on-premises and third-party systems. - Build app-driven and scheduled orchestrations, including complex mappings, error handling, and recovery flows. - Configure and operate a wide range of OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, custom). - Develop process automation flows using OIC Process Cloud Service for human-centric workflows. - Build Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) applications integrated with OIC and Oracle Cloud Applications. - Implement API management strategies, including security policies, throttling, and developer portals. - Design robust error-handling and notification patterns, including retries, escalation, and resubmission workflows. - Optimize performance of high-volume integrations through batching, parallelism, and asynchronous patterns. - Migrate legacy Oracle SOA Suite or third-party integrations to OIC. - Collaborate with Oracle Cloud Applications functional teams to align integrations with business processes. - Provide hypercare and post-go-live support, including incident response and root-cause analysis. - Maintain comprehensive, current technical documentation — including architecture diagrams, design decisions, configuration references, runbooks, and operational procedures. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal integration patterns and standards.
