Our customers are banks, fintechs, and compliance teams who rely on Kyckr to power their Know Your Business (KYB) and AML workflows. We are looking for a Development Team Lead to lead a small team of four developers while remaining a hands-on senior engineer. This is a player-coach role: we anticipate roughly an 80/20 split between writing code and leading the team. You will spend the majority of your time building software, and the rest growing your engineers, unblocking delivery, and raising the technical bar. You will be one of our most senior technical contributors — setting the standard for code quality, design, and AI-assisted ways of working — at the same time as owning the line management and career development of your team.
