Tireco Distributors
Role Description As an Outside Sales Representative (OSR) for Tireco Distributors (TD), you will be responsible for: - Growing sales to existing customers - Maintaining strong relationships with all customers - Developing new relationships that lead to new business - Working closely with the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) assigned to your territory - Working in the field with prospects and customers to sell products and grow sales - Collaborating with your manager to determine territory management and customer visit frequency - Utilizing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and NetSuite to plan travel and track customer interactions Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Compensation: $60,000 Total Range ($60,000 Base + $30,000 Target Commission) Average performers in this role are earning $35,000 in commissions. Auto & phone allowances included.
