Job Description Role Overview The CAPEX Controller - Sricity is the dedicated finance partner for Mondelēz India's single largest-ever capital investment - building the biggest chocolate factory in the world. This high-impact, high-visibility role owns end-to-end financial management of the Sricity expansion: CAPEX planning, procurement controls, cash & payables, fixed asset management, and capitalization & depreciation governance. Key Responsibilities CAPEX Planning & Governance: - Lead financial planning, investment approvals, ROI evaluation, and phased spend execution for the Sricity program - the largest CAPEX initiative in Mondelēz India, representing >50% of total country CAPEX. - Conduct post-implementation reviews; collaborate with AMEA regional teams for major investment approvals. - Partner with the Site Director and Engineering teams on capacity & capability readiness aligned to growth milestones.
