• Serve as a strategic talent advisor responsible for delivering end-to-end hiring solutions across designated business areas • Partner closely with business leaders, People Experience (PX), and Candidate Experience colleagues to develop and execute talent strategies • Lead full-cycle recruitment, including senior-level searches, develops proactive talent pipelines, provides market intelligence and hiring insights • Drive exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle • Collaborate cross-functionally with PX, Compensation, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency, and compliance throughout the hiring process • Influence and contribute to broader Candidate Experience programs, initiatives, and best practices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment, including senior-level and specialized talent searches
- Strong understanding of talent market dynamics and ability to develop strategic talent mapping and pipelining initiatives
- Proven ability to proactively source and engage highly competitive talent
- Experience partnering with PX and business leaders to develop and execute complex talent acquisition strategies
- Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent consultative, communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled tools and technologies to enhance recruiting effectiveness, improve operational efficiency, generate talent insights, and support data-driven decision-making
