• Handle the preparation of complex client invoices for both fulfillment services and parcel. • Perform data analytics on large datasets, applying expertise in Excel , including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables , to ensure accurate and detailed billing. • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Excellence, Operations, and Implementations teams when new customers are onboarded, to understand customer workflows and how they relate to rate cards. • Build strong relationships with customers to resolve disputes in order to facilitate timely payments. • Regularly document and update billing procedures, while recommending and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and leverage data management tools. • Provide management with key performance indicators. • Leverage data analysis to offer deep visibility into critical billing issues, revenue trends, and operational variances. • Assist with requests related to internal and external audits.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or data analytics or 5 years experience in omnichannel , supply chain , parcel, or logistics -related industry is preferred.
  • Direct experience working with 3PL billing and processes is highly desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential , including mastery of functions like VLOOKUP , Pivot Tables , and complex formulas for data analysis.
  • Experience with Freshdesk, Salesforce, NetSuite a plus.
  • Proven ability to perform data analytics on copious amounts of data to prepare customer invoices, identify discrepancies, and investigate billing issues.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, fostering effective collaboration both within the team and other departments, time management, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are critical.
