• Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with current and potential producers of profitable business within assigned marketing region • Responsible for new business through outside sales and marketing to brokers and agents within assigned territory • Foster additional business opportunities through writing of correspondence and attending trade shows • Responsible for renewal retention • Conduct sales calls to cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships • Manage and increase existing blocks of business • Develop a strong relationship with brokers and agents through on-site visits and resolving client issues in a timely fashion • Monitor competitor pricing and industry trends to identify marketplace characteristics
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience
- Minimum of two years of relevant and progressive professional experience
- Solid written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
- Advanced organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledgeable of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments related to applicable area of the Company’s business to proactively respond to changing business environment
- Intermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)

Role Description Your mission is to build and execute the marketing engine that drives Inspiration's growth, from generating demand and capturing leads to enabling our sales team and shaping how the market understands our brand. As Senior Marketing Manager, you will own the full marketing lifecycle: - Designing multi-channel campaigns that fill the top of the funnel. - Nurturing prospects through to conversion. - Arming the commercial team with compelling collateral and talking points. - Listening to the market to continuously sharpen our messaging and positioning. You'll be both strategist and practitioner, comfortable setting direction and rolling up your sleeves to get it done, as Inspiration scales its go-to-market engine in the electric mobility space.
