Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience across a broad range of information technology disciplines.
- Proven experience leading IS/IT teams, projects, and business initiatives in a complex, global environment.
- Strategic technology leader with strong analytical skills, translating business needs into impactful technology solutions.

Credentialing Manager

• You will lead our on-site activities for our 110/400 kV transformer substation projects. • You are our on-site representative and the contact person for our client, coordinating your site team and our subcontractors for civil and installation works. • Plan and coordinate all work on site while complying with applicable occupational health, environmental and safety regulations, and contribute to the preparation of work and safety instructions. • Oversee all site activities, including management of subcontractors, to ensure smooth site operations. • Act as the client contact and lead site meetings. • Monitor quality, costs and schedules during construction and report accordingly to project management. • Identify and manage risks and opportunities related to installation activities and report them to project management.
• Own the outcome as a Contract Performance Manager, the single point of contact responsible for the technical and operational success of the customer’s power generation assets and the financial performance of the contract • Lead the full lifecycle of outages, parts, and repairs—from planning and scheduling to proactive risk mitigation • Be the primary owner of the Contractual Service Agreement (CSA) with the goal of zero-harm, high-quality, on-time maintenance that ensures maximum reliability, availability, and performance • Serve as the trusted technical advisor to the customer’s site teams, translating complex operational challenges into clear, actionable solutions • Identify waste, inefficiencies and champion continuous improvement projects that drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability • Take ownership of the contract’s bottom line, including invoicing, cash collection, and driving long-term profitable growth
