• Analyze home sleep test results to identify patterns and abnormalities. • Communicate findings clearly and effectively to customers. • Address customer questions and concerns. • Provide equipment recommendations based on sleep test results and physician recommendations. • Drive sales of CPAP, BiPAP, and related therapy equipment. • Follow up with patients promptly to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and reinforce commitment to therapy. • Perform virtual demonstration and education of respiratory therapy equipment. • Train and educate consumers on use of equipment and answer any inquiries related to services or equipment. • Maintain working knowledge of current DME products and services offered by the company. • Provide technical support for PAP patients, referrals, and team members. • Maintain good relations with clients and consult with referring physicians regarding patient treatment. • Identify programs or initiatives that potentially could increase company revenues, decrease costs, and/or increase customer satisfaction. • Coordinate with other departments to minimize delivery expenses and provide efficient service to customers.

• Own the operational workflow from order intake through payer-required adherence monitoring. • Manage intake inside of DME software (NikoHealth), validating prescriptions, sleep studies, demographic data, and insurance coverage. • Confirm eligibility, document benefits, secure required documentation, and prepare clean, audit-ready orders for fulfillment and billing. • Actively monitor CPAP compliance for patients in their initial adherence window. • Review compliance status, identify patients trending non-adherent, and conduct outbound outreach to patients at risk of failing insurance requirements. • Use standardized scripting and structured follow-up workflows to help patients improve usage and remain eligible for coverage. • Ensure clean documentation before shipment and accurate insurance verification before billing.

• You'll own our end-to-end compliance function, serve as a trusted strategic partner to the executive team, and dramatically reduce our reliance on outside counsel by bringing sharp, practical legal judgment in-house. • Design, implement, and continuously improve a comprehensive compliance program spanning DME, telehealth, and digital health operations. • Serve as the company's Compliance Officer, maintaining all relevant policies, procedures, and training programs across the business. • Conduct and oversee internal compliance audits; manage any regulatory inquiries or investigations. • Monitor evolving federal and state regulatory requirements and translate them into operational guidance for the business.

• Identify and prioritize high-yield physician sub-segments. • Refine B2B narrative and create tailored collateral for different stakeholders. • Define, test, and prove a more efficient approach to demand generation and lead conversion. • Lead the pilot of the new channel strategy and coordinate among Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

• Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for RT’s and RPSGT’s, including live sessions, virtual learning, and hands-on coaching. • Train Level 3 RT/RPSGTs to support onboarding of new staff members and ensure consistent, scalable training delivery. • Clinical subject matter expert in sleep apnea and PAP therapy, leading clinician training on sleep coaching and result-review consultations using scripting, role-play, and patient engagement best practices. • Conduct and model high-quality video result-review consultations with patients and/or clinicians. • Review recorded clinical encounters to evaluate quality, accuracy, and consistency in order to provide structured, actionable feedback and coaching plans to improve individual and team performance. • Create training content while overseeing updates to clinical workflows, documentation, and knowledge base content in Notion. • Maintain regulatory compliance and audit readiness by translating current sleep medicine research and clinical guidelines into HIPAA-compliant training and activities. • Partner with Cross functional teams to align training with workflows and business needs.

• Monitor patient equipment usage data (e.g., CPAP/BiPAP downloads) to verify that patients are meeting compliance milestones. • Identify patients struggling with adherence and initiate empathetic, timely outreach to troubleshoot issues. • Work closely with the billing and intake departments to resolve claims caused by missing or non-compliant documentation. • Maintain detailed compliance logs and prepare monthly reports for leadership.

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Sleep Doctor’s RCM infrastructure • Architect the “to-be” state: a modern, API-driven, largely automated revenue cycle built for both commercial and government payors nationwide • Partner with engineering and vendor partners to integrate clearinghouses, EHR/practice management systems, and payer APIs into a unified, compliant billing platform • Define the “Clean Claim” baseline for both clinical services and DME • Ensure seamless parallel operation of cash-pay and insurance flows without introducing friction to the patient journey • Drive aggressive automation across the revenue cycle using AI/ML tools • Build intelligent denial management workflows with root-cause analytics • Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Product, Finance, Engineering and Operations

• Map the "as-is" healthcare landscape and design the "to-be" technical integrations for eligibility, prior auth, and claims. • Work hands-on with engineering and partners, leveraging APIs and middleware to integrate disparate systems to power a simple patient experience. • Translate insurance requirements into clean, actionable technical specifications. • Define the "Clean Claim" baseline - establish the core data validation rules required to move from manual entry to initial electronic submission. • Lead the product introduction of insurance-based pathways for home sleep studies (HSS) and DME therapy. • Ensure parallel operation of cash-pay and insurance flows without introducing friction. • Obsess over the patient experience and automate processes using AI/ML tools. • Design and iterate on digital-first patient journeys that provide radical transparency in pricing and care status. • Build automated "scrubbing" engines that validate claims against payer-specific rules before they leave our system. • Own the end-to-end insurance product roadmap, balancing rapid launches with long-term platform stability.

• Provide advanced, escalated support for complex customer inquiries related to Home Sleep Studies (HSS), Durable Medical Equipment (DME), and Sleep Doctor products and services. • Investigate and resolve complex issues in partnership with Tier 3 support, with a focus on DME workflows and non-standard cases. • Serve as a resource for Level 1 team members, providing guidance and support on complex cases. • Review, process, and manage HSS and DME orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. • Validate prescription submissions for DME items, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements. • Guide customers through the full Home Sleep Test journey, providing clear, proactive support at every stage. • Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries across all channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution. • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of customer interactions, orders, and medical records. • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, medical device standards, and internal processes. • Proactively identify at-risk customers, execute retention strategies, and drive positive customer outcomes. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and improve processes. • Build and maintain deep expertise in internal systems, partner platforms, and complex DME workflows.
