Role Description Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Perioperative and/or Procedural (Cath Lab, EP Lab, Endo) Nursing SME to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing strategies to solve complex operational problems in the perioperative/procedural realm. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry. - Design and lead execution of OR and procedure room process improvement. - Conceive new data analysis methods, coach colleagues on methods and execution, draw insights from complex datasets, and create strategic narratives for senior management teams. - Support and assist in client Preference Card Optimization. - Prioritize client relationships to help effectively guide hospitals toward effective outcomes. Qualifications - Educational Requirement: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field. - Certifications/Licenses: Current/Previous Registered Nurse. - Directed or Managed Perioperative programs for multi-hospital or large academic health systems. - Consulting experience focused on OR and Procedural Operational Improvement. - Strong ability to guide operational users through technology changes; Epic or Cerner EHR experience preferred. - Possess a growth mindset and is prepared to expand and develop talents with a rapidly growing team. Requirements - Able to travel 50-75% of the time. Benefits - Compensation for this role includes a salary range of $125,000-$210,000. - This role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. - Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
