Regional Sales Manager, IP&E – Southeast Germany, Austria

Arrow Electronics

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across Southeast Germany & Austria • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams • Execute regional sales strategies aligned with Arrow and supplier objectives • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders • Drive pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and business performance • Support strategic customer engagements and complex sales opportunities • Act as a key escalation point for customer, supplier, and business-related matters • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction • Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to achieve business goals

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in IP&E sales and sales leadership
  • Strong track record of driving business growth and developing successful teams
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels, including senior leadership
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
