Job Description
Demand Generation Manager
Balto
• Run multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline like a freight train • Build lead nurture flows that actually work (no spray-and-pray nonsense) • Partner with Sales to drive MQLs to SQLs to $$$ • Own programs end to end, from the big idea to the “here’s what the numbers say” readout • Build the webinar on the backend within the platform: setup, registration, reminders, and all the technical plumbing that makes it run smoothly • Put together the content: topic, agenda, slides, and messaging that people actually want to show up for • Drive registration and attendance: promotion, email, social, and outbound working together to fill the room • Be ready for follow-up the moment it ends: segmented lists, timely outreach, and a clear next step for every attendee and no-show • Nurture those leads all the way through: hand-offs to Sales, nurture flows, and reporting on what the webinar actually drove pipeline • Co-own the BDR outbound strategy with Sales: target account lists, sequences, and messaging that actually book meetings • Fuel outbound with marketing muscle: intent data, ABM, and engagement signals that give BDRs a warm reason to reach out • Tighten the handoff so MQLs and outbound replies get worked fast and nothing slips through the cracks • Own Balto’s social media presence: strategy, content calendar, and day-to-day posting across channels • Partner with the team on thought leadership, launches, and campaigns that show up everywhere they should • Launch fast, learn faster: A/B test headlines, landing pages, emails, CTAs, and outbound sequences • Optimize the full funnel for conversion, from ad click and cold email to closed-won • Own your corner of HubSpot (and make it your playground) • Set up automations that work while you sleep • Track attribution like a hawk and make reporting actually useful • Keep the data clean so routing, reporting, and BDR follow-up all run on signal you can trust • Craft go-to-market plans that don’t get ignored • Create customer stories, launch assets, and messaging that hits • Show the world how Balto’s AI is actually changing the game • Launch a chatbot? Done it. Test a weird new paid channel? Let’s go. If it drives pipeline, it’s fair game.
Job Requirements
- Roughly 3 to 5+ years in demand gen or B2B SaaS marketing (ideally a mix of demand gen and marketing ops)
- Extremely detail-oriented. You catch the broken link, the wrong merge field, and the typo in the subject line before anything ever goes out
- Genuinely excited to build and create from the ground up, not just maintain what already exists
- Experience running webinars end to end, from platform setup to post-event lead nurture
- Experience working with Sales and BDR/SDR teams on outbound: you get sequences, target account strategy, and what makes a rep’s outreach actually land
- Comfortable running social media for a brand and building an audience
- You know your way around HubSpot, landing page builders (WordPress), and analytics tools
- You’ve actually run A/B tests (not just read about them on LinkedIn)
- You write killer copy that converts, not just “clever,” but effective
- You’re data-obsessed and results-driven: if it doesn’t move the needle, it doesn’t matter
- You’re AI-Native Balto doesn’t just build AI, we live it. AI is how we work every single day.
Benefits
- fully remote (work from anywhere in the U.S.)
- smart and supportive AI-obsessed teammates
- real ownership with a clear path to grow
- great benefits like healthcare
- 401(k)
- unlimited PTO
- learning stipends
- and more.

- Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Remote Work. - Ausstattung mit den neusten Apple-Produkten. - Nette, professionelle und sorgfältig ausgesuchte Kunden. Associate Director, Paid Search, Feeds & Shopping
S4 Capital Groupa new age/new era digital advertising and marketing services company
• Own paid search strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising for a portfolio of commerce-driven clients, with Shopping, Performance Max, and standard search working as one system. • Treat feed optimization as a core discipline: audit, restructure, and continuously improve product feeds (titles, attributes, GTINs, custom labels, supplemental feeds) to maximize coverage, relevance, and ROAS. • Participate in new business pitches. • Architect campaign and feed segmentation strategies that give buyers control inside increasingly automated, AI-driven products. • Partner with clients and internal teams on the full shopping experience — landing pages, PDP quality, merchant feed health, promotions, and conversion tracking — so media spend lands on a page that converts. • Set the measurement frame: ROAS, new-customer acquisition, margin-aware bidding, incrementality, and feed-level performance diagnostics. • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of search and feed specialists; raise the bar on QA, hygiene, and documentation. • Stay ahead of platform changes — Performance Max evolution, AI Max, retail media adjacencies, and the shift toward signal- and feed-driven buying — and translate it into client roadmaps. • Act as a senior point of contact for clients: present strategy, defend recommendations with data, and build trust.

Role Description Osome's Performance Marketing team owns the paid growth engine behind our incorporation, accounting, and corporate secretarial services across Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, and the UAE. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you'll be the hands-on operator behind that engine - setting up, running, and optimising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Quora, and other paid channels every single day. You'll report to our Performance Marketing Manager, taking ownership of day-to-day execution, testing, and budget pacing. This is a role for someone who has deep knowledge in the platforms - building campaigns, reading the data, and making the next optimization call - while still being able to explain the "why" behind performance to non-specialist stakeholders. Responsibilities (how we will measure success): - Campaign Performance: Consistently hit or beat CAC, CPL, and ROAS targets across all managed paid channels: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Bing, Reddit, Quora, and X. - Launch Velocity: New campaigns, markets, and segments go live on time, with tracking and creative in place before spend starts. - Conversion Improvement: Landing page and creative tests translate into measurably better conversion rates and lead quality over time. - Budget Discipline: Monthly spend paces accurately against plan, with overspend or underspend flagged early enough to act on. - Experimentation Cadence: A steady pipeline of structured tests (audience, creative, bidding) produces clear, actionable learnings each month. - Stakeholder Confidence: Sales, product, and leadership have clear, timely visibility into paid performance and can trust the numbers behind it. Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis): - Campaign execution: Set up and launch campaigns across Google (Search, PMax, Display, Video, Demand Gen, etc.), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Bing, TikTok, Reddit, Quora, X (Twitter), and display/programmatic platforms; implement A/B tests for creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding. - Ongoing optimisation: Run daily/weekly performance checks, adjust bids and budgets, and refine audiences and creative to improve performance. - Creative & landing coordination: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and product teams to iterate ad creatives and landing pages; recommend landing page tests to improve conversion rates. - Testing & experimentation: Plan and run structured experiments across audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies. - Budget management: Monitor pacing against monthly budgets, reallocate spend based on performance, and flag overspend or underspend early. - Stakeholder communication: Provide clear updates to internal stakeholders (sales, product, leadership) and support client/partner calls as needed.
