• Develop and maintain the long-range commercial plan for Selatogrel. • Design scalable go-to-market models and launch sequencing recommendations. • Partner with Global Market Access and HEOR to ensure payer value strategy. • Manage the global commercial budget in partnership with Finance. • Lead strategic workstreams, business case development, and scenario planning. • Develop, track, assess, and align the organization around key launch performance metrics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field required; advanced degree such as MBA, MSc, PharmD, or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical or biotech commercial experience, including global or regional leadership roles.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in new product planning, portfolio strategy, commercial strategy, launch planning, or a related role.
- Strategic and analytical, with strong commercial architecture skills.
- Enterprise-minded, balancing global strategy with country-level impact.
- Pragmatic, structured, and outcome-oriented.
- Collaborative and influential, with the confidence to pressure-test assumptions.
