• Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. • Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic sales team, providing guidance and coaching to maximize their potential. • Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on exceeding customer expectations and driving results. • Collaborate with the executive team to define sales goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to expand market share and enhance VuMedi's competitive position. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. • Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights to shape product and service offerings. • Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. • Establish and optimize sales processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. • Implement and manage sales technology tools and CRM systems to drive productivity. • Regularly analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. • Implement data-driven decision-making to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics. • Manage the sales budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI. • Work with finance to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales revenue. • Ensure that the sales team operates in compliance with industry regulations and VuMedi's ethical standards.
• Engage with Pharmaceutical Marketers and their Agency partners to understand brand goals, timelines, and success metrics • Support the Sellers and drive positive sales outcomes by using your expertise and influence to educate customers on the value of the Vumedi platform • Translate client objectives into structured campaign recommendations, including targeting strategy, content mix, and measurement plans • Manage proposal development and revisions, pricing alignment, and stakeholder feedback • Support RFP responses and new business pitches • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Education and Delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate program launches • Create and communicate solutions and strategies, that are both written and verbal, to audiences at the highest level within our customers’ organizations • Understand the detail behind the Vumedi platform and present our custom solutions in a manner that elevates us as trusted advisors • Understand digital marketing trends, and bring innovative ideas and solutions to both Vumedi and customers alike • Contribute to an ongoing knowledge base to help internal stakeholders understand how our product is perceived and positioned in the market • Lead and participate in the delivery of workshops, best practice overviews, and educational sessions to existing customers.
• Own and grow Vumedi’s agency partnership strategy and revenue • Build senior-level relationships across key healthcare and media agencies • Position Vumedi as a strategic, preferred partner in agency planning • Develop scalable partnership frameworks, pilots, and programs that lead to repeat and annualized spend • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to support agency-led initiatives • Translate agency feedback into clear internal insights and recommendations • Lead strategic agency meetings, QBRs, and planning conversations • Identify opportunities to expand Vumedi’s footprint across brands, franchises, and therapeutic areas • Track, report, and be accountable for agency-driven revenue performance
• Build Vumedi’s field marketing and events function from the ground up, establishing the strategy, processes, tools, and frameworks needed to scale. • Define and execute a cohesive annual field marketing and conference strategy aligned to GTM priorities, target audiences, and business goals. • Serve as the primary owner of 'where and how Vumedi shows up' in the market through events and field programs. • Plan and execute events end-to-end, including logistics, timelines, vendor management, shipping, travel coordination, collateral production, and on-site support. • Manage on-site operations to ensure a polished, professional, and high-impact presence at every event. • Identify and secure speaking opportunities for Vumedi executives, customers, and physician champions to increase visibility and influence. • Partner closely with Product Marketing to translate positioning, messaging, and priority use cases into effective field activation. • Collaborate with Sales and Education to align event goals, target accounts, meeting strategies, and audience needs. • Establish clear communication rhythms before, during, and after events to ensure alignment, accountability, and follow-through. • Create and maintain a centralized field marketing and events calendar, providing company-wide visibility and identifying new opportunities. • Own the field marketing and events budget, including allocation, vendor contracts, spend tracking, and post-event reconciliation. • Capture and analyze attendance, engagement, and ROI metrics to inform future investment decisions and continuously improve impact.
