What you will be doing: - Own the client relationship at the C-level, increase revenue and profit within assigned accounts, and build the highest levels of customer satisfaction in our targeted enterprise accounts in the Americas. - Develop robust pipeline using tools provided for outreach and effective communication with prospects and existing clients. - Utilize advanced knowledge of all products within specific business units and their relationship to other business unit solutions to lead the sales team in addressing unique client/prospect requirements. - Exercise judgment in decision making, determining approach, methods and procedures to use for new Logo’s. - Present and demonstrate the FIS Aligne Platform, as either standalone offering or in conjunction with other FIS Solution offerings (FIS Energy Ecosystem). - Drives sales process on behalf of the sales team to obtain client/prospect requirements working with Presales, Professional Services, and Product. - Work with Presales to qualify opportunities. - Participate in business requirement review sessions with clients/prospects and document the requested scope. - Creation of proposal documents, outlining project scope and requirements, including commercials, legal, and FIS Finance. - Work closely with Presales to qualify opportunities and to ensure the presentation of FIS values and offerings align to the client’s requirements. - Provide feedback on client/prospect requirements to FIS product managers on an ongoing basis. - Interact with vendors and other organizations where appropriate to implement integration with third-party vendor solutions within the demo platform. - Liaise with platform architects and technical teams to improve the presentation. Qualifications - Proven sales hunter with in-depth knowledge of Energy trading and risk as well as operations experience to target Utilities, Producers, IPP, and Pipe operators. - Subject-matter expertise of physical and financial trading in Power, Natural Gas, LNG, as well as Pipe Operations, Gas Back Office operations, Advanced Analytics including VaR calculations. - Must have at least 5+ years of experience with the FIS Aligne Platform (As a user, In Sales, or Professional Services). - Prior knowledge of selling other ETRM vendors. - General knowledge of the commodity/energy trading lifecycle, logistics front, middle and back-office requirements. - Driven mentality for customer success. - Works well in an independent, as well as team environment. Requirements - Familiar with competitors and their products. - Have a strong working familiarity with FIS and its various business units utilizing knowledge to expedite enhancement estimation activities. - Former Energy/Commodities Business or IT expertise. - Worked on an ETRM project. - Network in Energy. - Based in Texas.
