You will define and execute the vision of how we leverage conversational intelligence across TELUS SMB to elevate seller performance, customer engagement, and revenue predictability. What You'll Do - Lead the roadmap and governance for our telephony platforms (NICE CX One, Ring Central, Genesys Cloud, Business Connect) ensuring alignment with business objectives and integration with Salesforce and other GTM systems. - Define the strategy and vision for how we use call coaching and conversational intelligence to improve seller performance—including use cases, success metrics, and expected ROI. - Partner with sales leadership to identify high-impact use cases and translate them into product requirements that drive behavioral changes and seller excellence. - Collaborate with data and analytics teams to design and implement an analytics framework connecting call insights to pipeline performance and revenue. - Drive adoption and enablement by leading the development of training resources, communication plans, and engagement programs that embed call coaching and AI into daily sales operations. - Measure and report on impact by consistently tracking usage, ROI, and effects on key sales KPIs—providing visibility to leadership on your roadmap's business value. - Create and present business cases to secure funding and leadership alignment for your roadmap priorities. Qualifications - 5+ years of product strategy, product management, or product operations experience — ideally with focus on sales technology, sales operations, telephony platforms, or enterprise GTM systems. - 2+ years of hands-on experience with at least ONE telephony platform (NICE CX One, Ring Central, Genesys Cloud, Business Connect) OR ONE conversational intelligence platform (Gong, Salesforce Einstein, Genesys Cloud). - Direct experience working with sales teams — either as a former sales professional, sales operations leader, or product manager selling to sales organizations. - Understanding of AI and generative AI fundamentals. - Proven track record of leading adoption and change management for enterprise tools. - Strong strategic communication and influence skills. This is a 0-to-1 build as part of Fetch's next-generation ad manager, an AI-native platform that reimagines how advertisers buy, manage, and measure campaigns on Fetch. Your core scope is the operational foundation of the ad platform. You'll own the systems that enable advertisers to transact on Fetch, from quote and contract through invoicing, billing, reconciliation, payment, and fraud prevention. You'll build the infrastructure that ensures every advertiser transaction is accurate, transparent, and secure while enabling the platform to scale. You'll also define the integrations between our ad platform and core business systems, including Salesforce and NetSuite, ensuring data flows reliably across sales, finance, and product systems. You will work directly with the FordPay Operations, Risk, and Engineering teams to support global payment processing, facilitate merchant onboarding, manage processor relationships, and translate real-world transaction and fraud mitigation challenges into platform improvements.
