This role is responsible for managing project scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with strategic organizational objectives. The Project Manager will work cross-functionally with product development, engineering, operations, finance, and executive leadership to deliver solutions on time and within budget. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required, in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. An MBA, or equivalent business experience translating technical execution into strategic and business outcomes, is considered a strong advantage. - 5+ years of experience managing cloud, software product development, or technical projects preferred. - Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Prior experience working in healthcare foodservice operations or bedside nutrition management is an advantage. Skills and Competencies - Experience using AI tools and workflows to accelerate the planning, tracking, and delivery of technical development initiatives, and to support the commercialization of new technologies from early development through go-to-market execution, is required for this role. - Strong understanding of cloud and software product development life cycles. - Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar tools. - Fluency in technical software development terminology and tasks at a high level. - PMP or similar certification preferred. Performance Metrics - Timely delivery of project milestones. - Budget adherence within approved tolerances. - Scope management and change control effectiveness. - Strategic milestone achievement and alignment between technical delivery and business outcomes. - Stakeholder satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration.
