• Conduct detailed quality assurance audits across clinical and operational processes • Review documentation, reports, and case materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to healthcare standards • Utilize QA audit tools and platforms (including CentralReach and Rethink) to evaluate performance and identify gaps • Interpret and apply healthcare regulations and standards across varying scenarios and cases • Provide clear, constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement • Analyze data using Excel and other tools to track trends, identify risks, and support decision-making • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve quality standards • Develop and refine QA processes, frameworks, and documentation • Translate complex findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders • Manage multiple audits and projects simultaneously using project management tools

• Expand and maintain the Cypress test suite. • Integrate tests into our CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. • Review and adjust tests based on new features, bug reports, and production issues. • Perform manual testing as needed (especially for newly added features and bugfix verification. Based on that, you’ll adjust or create automated tests). • Think critically about features – spot inconsistencies, raise concerns, and propose improvements. • Collaborate with developers to debug issues and ensure test reliability. • Champion quality and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Focus on translating strategic visions into actionable plans that enhance testing efficiency and product quality across projects. • Manage the design, development, and execution of comprehensive testing frameworks that align with the Architect's technology and quality standards. Ensure projects are executed with precision, adhering to established timelines and resource allocations. • Lead the practical application and optimization of automation frameworks in line with the Architect’s overarching technology roadmap. Drive the adoption of advanced automation tools and practices that enhance testing processes and product quality. • Act as a pivotal liaison between the QA team and other departments, ensuring seamless integration of QA processes with development and product management workflows. Collaborate with the Architect to ensure QA strategies support organizational goals and product innovation. • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the QA team, aligning with the Architect’s vision for excellence. Mentor team members, enhancing their skills and leadership capabilities to meet evolving QA challenges. • Identify and lead initiatives to improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies under the guidance of the Architect.
